A Large orrery is built in the Study of a player-owned house as a decoration, and requires a Construction level of 95, 3 Mahogany planks, and 5 Gold Leafs. There is no practical use for a Large orrery except for ornamentation.
During the transition to HD, Large Orrerys have been changed. They are now much smaller in size, and the 'moon' on the yellow appears to be glitched.
Trivia
- The orrery shows Gielinor (with a moon in orbit) rotating around a star in the solar system. There is a second planet with two moons visible between Gielinor and its star.
