Leech Adrenaline, one of the Ancient Curses, boosts adrenaline while draining enemy adrenaline by up to 10%; it does not work on monsters (even ones that can use abilities, such as Cadarn rangers).
This prayer is especially useful in PvP situations since it is possible to stop players from using their adrenaline. This prayer can help reduce the number of times a player is hit by threshold abilities. However, Leech Adrenaline cannot be used alongside Sap Curses or Turmoil, Anguish and Torment.

- Prior to the Evolution of Combat, this prayer was called Leech Special Attack, which drained special attack energy in a similar way.
- According to the ancient hymnal, Leech Adrenaline's verbal incantation is "Reple me impetu speciali hostium." (Fill me with the power of my enemy.)
