Lord Ruthven

Lord Ruthven is a Varrockian noble with lands near the River Salve in the novel Return to Canifis. He hosts the Morytanian embassy when they arrive en route to the Paterdomus temple. He will also be the custodian of Gar'rth should he ever return from Morytania. He is also a member of the court who hear the embassy's report.

Although he may not necessarily be a Zamorakian, he is approached by Lord Sulla about his dealings with the Kinshra.

When he was young, he went on a raid into Morytania with his father and some of his men. His father and his men were killed, and Lord Ruthven barely escaped alive.
