Lowe's Archery Emporium is located near central Varrock. This store is operated by Lowe and is the primary free-to-play source for Ranged equipment if not purchased on the Grand Exchange. As of 2 September, 2009, Lowe offers free samples to players. Items include 30 Bronze arrows, 1 Shortbow, and 1 Longbow. This replaces the Training bow and the Training arrows, which can now be bought from Beefy Bill in the cowfield north of the Lumbridge Mill.

Notes and Trivia

Bronze arrows may be purchased for 7gp each, but will only be stocked at 1 arrow per 5 minutes, so this is not an ideal way of obtaining large numbers of arrows. Free samples are useful for new players trying to train at lower levels.
Lowe's, together with several other shops, was formerly a common place to find Bots purchasing stock for resale to other players in larger quantities.
Inside the shop there is a mannequin dressed as Robin Hood.
For an adamant arrow, starting from its starting stock of 30 arrows, if you buy one arrow, the price will go up 1-2gp each. By 14 arrows left, the price would be around 199-200gp per arrow.
