Lowe's Archery Emporium is located near central Varrock. This store is operated by Lowe and is the primary free-to-play source for Ranged equipment if not purchased on the Grand Exchange. As of 2 September 2009, Lowe offers free samples to players. Items include 30 Bronze arrows, 1 Shortbow, and 1 Longbow. This replaces the Training bow and the Training arrows, which can now be bought from Beefy Bill in the cowfield north of the Lumbridge Mill.

Lowe's, together with several other shops, was formerly a common place to find Bots purchasing stock for resale to other players in larger quantities.
Inside the shop there is a mannequin dressed as Robin Hood.
