Luck enhancers are items that use the luck mechanic to determine the chance for rare or otherwise special drops and rewards from various sources. Luck comes in four tiers, with each tier giving greater benefits. After a ninja update on 12 June 2017, higher-tier luck effects now work for all tiers below it. For example, the ring of fortune can now work for areas where only the ring of wealth would work.
Ring of luck[]
This tier 1 ring is made by casting Enchant Level 1 Jewellery on a lapis lazuli ring at level 7 Magic. The unenchanted ring requires level 11 Crafting to make.
Ring of wealth[]
This tier 2 ring is made by casting Enchant Level 5 Jewellery on a dragonstone ring at level 68 Magic. The unenchanted ring requires level 55 Crafting to make. Prior to the Luck Rework Update it was the only ring to give luck benefits.
Ring of fortune[]
This tier 3 ring is made by casting Enchant Level 6 Jewellery on an onyx ring at level 87 Magic. The unenchanted ring requires level 72 Crafting to make.
Luck of the dwarves[]
This tier 4 ring is made by casting Enchant Level 6 Jewellery on an alchemical onyx ring. The unenchanted ring requires level 91 Crafting to make and the alchemical onyx requires level 107 Invention to make. The use of this ring is the only way to obtain a Vecna skull and a Hazelmere's signet ring.
Hazelmere's signet ring[]
This tier 4 ring can only be found from the "Super Rare" section of the rare drop table, and while wearing a Luck of the dwarves ring. While wearing the ring, it has a rare chance to double a drop that is received, provided that they don't come from an interface.
Strung rabbit foot[]
A Strung rabbit foot is made by using a ball of wool with a Rabbit foot, requires level 37 Crafting. It grants tier 1 luck benefits as well increases the chance of obtaining a bird's nest while woodcutting.
Collector's insignia[]
The Collector's insignia is a reward from Barbarian Assault, the uncharged insignia gives tier 2 benefits, and charging it gives tier 3 benefits. The effects do not stack with any of the luck rings. It also increases the chance of getting dragon full helms from pyre ships and chewed bones from mithril dragons, although the increase rate is not currently known.
Luck potions[]
A luck potion is a single dose potion that can be made at level 57 Herblore by using clean bloodweed and crushed dragonstone on a vial of water. When consumed, it grants the benefits of tier 2 luck for one hour.
An enhanced luck potion is made at level 77 Herblore by further adding 6 onyx bolt tips to a luck potion. It grants the benefits of tier 3 luck for one hour.
Leprechaun hat[]
Wearing the Leprechaun hat gives tier 2 benefits. It used to be purchasable from the Rare token store, but can't any more and it also cannot be traded. Currently available in the Oddments store.
