The Lumbridge Guardsmen are a group of humans who guard Lumbridge. They claim to have originally been local farmers, but are now trying to help out the town. They can be found all around Lumbridge.

- Guardsman Brawn, a member who protects the castle
- Guardsman Dante, a member who protects the castle
- Guardsman Peale, a member who protects the castle
- Guardsman DeShawn, a member who protects the castle
- Guardsman Pazel, a member who protects the castle
- Elite Lumbridge guardsman (upgraded), better trained and equipped guardsmen, funded by Duke Horacio's treasury
Removed[]
Former members include:
- Sergeant Abram, the now removed leader of the Lumbridge Guardsmen
- Lumbridge guards, who protected Lumbridge from goblins. They were converted into Elite Lumbridge guardsmen
- Lumbridge guardsman, recruited using Duke Horacio's treasury during the Battle of Lumbridge. Like the Lumbridge guards, they were converted into Elite Lumbridge guardsmen
- The now-removed Barricade guards, six guardsmen who used to be responsible for upholding the quarantine during the Learning the Ropes quest
