The lump of stone is an item from the Dungeoneering skill. The stone is part of a Dungeoneering puzzle (statue bridge) in which you must repair a giant statue by using the stone on it. It can be mined from the mining rock in the puzzle room. The giant statue initially requires a Construction level to fix, although fixing gives Mining experience.
