A Lunar globe is built in the Study of a player-owned house as a decoration and requires a Construction level of 59, 3 Teak planks, and 1 Gold leaf. There is no practical use for a Lunar globe except for ornamentation.
Lunar Globes are not commonly built due to the fact that the Celestial Globe requires the same materials to build but looks much better.
