Mage chathead

The Mage was one of the mercenaries at Paterdomus who needed escorting to Burgh de Rott in the Burgh de Rott Ramble activity. She intended to bring salvation to the people of Burgh de Rott. She was one of the four strongest of the 12 followers and so wouldn't give a large reward. She was effectively removed from the game in the update to Temple Trekking on 17 August 2011, she was replaced by Pazuzu.

To fill the mage's inventory, players would use a food item on her. She would "open her backpack" which opens Her Inventory, and complete list of food items she would accept and spaces remaining. It was not possible to see what she already had in her pack, only how many more items that could be given. The mage's inventory could only be filled with the items listed in the Temple Trekking guide. If desired, food could also be taken back out if it has just been put in. Because she was one of the strongest of the followers, players often did not need food to keep her alive.

She was wearing blue mystic equipment with white mystic boots and had staff of air, air battlestaff or mystic air staff. Despite her name and appearance, she did not use magic to help fend off attacks.
