Magic dummies could be found in the building north of the Lumbridge general store, where the Combat Tutors were located.
Attacking them would give the player only the base experience of the casted spell, and none of the "bonus" damage-dependent experience. For instance, Fire strike always gave the player 11.5 experience, no matter how much damage the dummy suffered. Players did not gain any Constitution experience by training on Magic dummies.
No weakening-related spells could be cast on these dummies. Players with a Magic level of 10 or higher couldn't train on the dummy.
