A Magical cage is received from Bill Teach after the completion of the Rocking Out quest. It is used to store an Ex-parrot, creating an Ex-parrot in a magic cage. If lost or destroyed, a new cage can be obtained by speaking to Bill Teach free of charge. He is found in the Port Phasmatys bar.
