Not to be confused with Elder energy.
Mah energy is obtained during the Fate of the Gods quest. It can be obtained through collecting them from Mah wisps, or by converting Mah memories while inside the Elder Halls on Freneskae. Once 250 Mah energy has been collected, it can be weaved into a dark divine simulacrum (to help Zaros) or a light divine simulacrum (to hinder Zaros).
Upon completion of the quest, all remaining Mah energies are removed from the player's inventory and bank.
