Malong only appears during events and may not be currently found in game.

Malong helps Yinteng with the Zodiac Festival and can be found north of the Lumbridge Crater. He is found next to Yinteng.

He must be given a diamond ring, emerald necklace and ruby bracelet to complete the "Shinies" task for the festival, which rewards 600 zodiac talismans. The items must be unnoted and handed in at the same time.
