This Man is a non-player character involved in the A Void Dance quest. He was paid by somebody to give a mysterious clue scroll to anybody who gave him an onion and did the wave emote. He is found wandering south of the Clan Camp.
He existed before the release of a Void Dance, and was added to in 2006 when Falador was graphically updated. Until the release of A Void Dance, the man behaved like most other men and could be killed and spoken to.
