Mariah is a resident of the Void Knights' Outpost. She is the girlfriend of Knight Mikhal and friend of Terry Gord.
During Quiet Before the Swarm, she was having relationship problems with Mikhal as he was being very distant and taking on extra work. She spent a lot of time talking with Terry, causing Mikhal to suspect them of having an affair. Unbeknownst to her, Mikhal had been trying to afford a gift so he could propose to her and was not planning on breaking up with her as she initially suspected.
Following Mikhal's death on the mission to deal with the pest, she breaks down into hysterics, but refuses to leave the Outpost to remain close to his grave.
