May Stormbrewer is a woman found in the camp to the west of the Lumbridge crater where you also start your divination skill with the pale wisp colony. Up to 10 Chronicle fragments can be given to her at a time for Divination experience. You will have to kneel for her and she sends your fragments into the sky.
