Medicinal honeycomb is a special type of honeycomb. It is made by depositing woad leaves into the beehive behind the large pen at the south-east corner of the player-owned farm, and waiting until the collect dialogue appears when clicking the hive.
It takes roughly 1 hour for the honey to be ready for harvest.
Feeding it to animals on the farm increases its health by 10%.
