Memoriam crystals are items found during Fate of the Gods. They can be turned in at the Memoriam device on Freneskae to reveal information about Zaros and Seren.
Finding all 12 Zarosian Memoriam crystals unlocks the Helm of Zaros while finding all 4 of Seren's Memoriam crystals unlocks the Crest of Seren, both of which are cosmetic overrides for the head slot. Both are obtained upon turning them in at the Memoriam device.

Seren's Memories
Locations
12 crystals contain memories of Zaros:
- Eight are found in the Approach:
- z09: From the entrance, go west and north, at a dead-end.
- z??: From the entrance, jump from ledge twice, take the left branch and cross a rock formation. It will be found on the right before reaching the first healing point.
- z??: From the first healing point, go north, cross the stepping stones and climb the cliffside. Go east and north and cross the overhang then climb down the cliffside. It will be found to the north at a dead end.
- z??: Enter the Approach from the Sanctum. Go south and squeeze through a crevice to the east.
- z??: Enter the Approach from the Sanctum. Go north and traverse a rock formation, then go west and north into a dead end.
- z??: From the previous crystal, back out of the dead end and take the south branch. Climb a rock formation, go west and walk across another rock formation. Climb down the cliffside, go west and find the crystal among the lava vents.
- z11: The Sanctum.
- z10: The Pit.
- z03: The Cradle.
- z12: The Elder Halls.
Four crystals with memories from Seren can be found after completing the quest. Starting from The Sanctum, enter the opening to the south into The Approach. Go north and traverse a rock formation. Go west and to the south and climb a rock formation. Go west and walk across a rock formation. Climb the cliffside, then go east and cross a rock bridge. You will be in an area with four pillars and four inactive crystals. One of the pillars will be active, and can be tagged. Tagging 80 active pillars will unlock all four crystals. Leaving the area will reset the count. The frequency of lighting strikes will increase as the more crystals are tagged: taking plenty of food is recommended.
