Menaphite marketeers are found near Urluk the camel west of the General Store in the Merchant district of Menaphos.
They can be pickpocketed at level 46 Thieving after completing The Jack of Spades, earning 29.5 Thieving experience and 1.3 faction reputation for each successful pickpocket action. Players can only pickpocket from them once per click unless they are wearing a Master camouflage outfit.
They can provide up to 91,000 Thieving experience an hour.
