Just a quick thanks Edit

..for all you've been doing here on the wiki, including updating signatures to HTML 5, answering all of my questions :P, reverting and reporting vandalism, and everything else you've been doing. Keep up the good work. You are not going unnoticed. :) Andrew talk 06:44, 19 January 2009 (UTC)

<a href="http://www....." </a> Edit

Was that hyperlink code replaced with the release of HTML 5? Andrew talk 01:33, 21 January 2009 (UTC)

Okay, so it's safe to continue using the <a> code on other websites? Andrew talk 01:48, 21 January 2009 (UTC)

for you it is very amusing... 03:02, 22 January 2009 (UTC)
Thanks for the help with that sig. I compared it to many other sigs and stil couldn't find the error. I have experimented with your template and it is very well written, but I like to write the code by hand. It just that personalization feeling of accomplishment or something knowing you wrote a code for someone to make them happy and not just a robot. Thanks, but I will use the code from your temp as reference in other coding. 15:42, 23 January 2009 (UTC)

RE: Quitting Edit

Both. I got bored of playing RuneScape after playing for a long time, so now I quit. My concentrations however now lean upon MechScape, and it will be there where I will be helping to bring up the Wikia.

So bye to all! See you on the other side! Ancient talisman I R Zaros Talk 19:07, 23 January 2009 (UTC)

Signature TemplateEdit

In regards to this template, how would I change the colors of the supscripts, or change the words for the supscripts, and what is the difference in style, in regards to normal, sup and sub. Thanks.

P.S. I know you worked hard on the template, but I still prefer to write the code rather then use a temp. Just personal preference cause I like to write it.

I realize you worked hard on the signature template, but in some ways its too specific, not customized enough. The pictures are in predefined spots and there is no way to choose where to put your talk link, or whether or not u want edit counts and contributions included Dragon hatchet Kyzza1 Talk Dragon hatchet 06:12, 26 January 2009 (UTC)

RuneScape talk:ProblemReports/17455 not fixed Edit

User:Kytti khat/sig 00:06, 26 January 2009 (UTC)

the problem isn't us the problem is "under the hood" as a friend used to say (or would that be bonnet?) take a look here:

http://lostpedia.wikia.com/wiki/User_talk:Uberfuzzy#Transcluded_templates User:Kytti khat/sig 03:52, 26 January 2009 (UTC)

just to reiterate what i put on another talk page, the problem disappears as soon as someone creates a template_talk: page, so the specific template that was associated with problem report #17455 is no longer an issue, it's the ones that don't have talk pages, that are the issue, their talk pages show up under Special:WantedPages, go ahead and take a peek there, you'll likely find wanted talk pages, which should not be there, other than the fact that something is amiss with the engine. User:Kytti khat/sig 04:44, 26 January 2009 (UTC)

CVU Edit

I don't really think "insert page being vandalised" is necessary because we check all of their contributions before issuing a block anyways, but I like your idea of encouraging it. It'd be a good idea to mention it to a few other admins to see if you can make the change permanent. Andrew talk 01:29, 26 January 2009 (UTC)

It's not something that you need to discuss on the Yew Grove or anything like that, but I meant that if you want more admins to use your version then it'd be a good idea to talk to them. I think I'll go ahead and start using your version to stay consistent to encourage its use, but other admins wouldn't know unless you talked to them about it. I'll leave it to you to decide what to do since you're the one who thought of encouraging it. ^_^ Andrew talk 01:40, 26 January 2009 (UTC)
Indeed. Andrew talk 01:50, 26 January 2009 (UTC)

I haven't talked to Christine since around New Year's.

ChristineEdit

Please do not tell me who to believe and who not to. I have known Christine and trust her judgment when it come to this wiki and the IRC. No matter how hot-headed she may get, she still has the wiki best interest at heart. Regardless who is correct I think change for the sake of change is a poor idea. ‎Cooked chickenAtlandy 22:06, 30 January 2009 (UTC)

Once again you have taken what someone has said and twisted it. I do not follow Christine blindly, and to infer that is wrong. I never said "I oppose because she does". I simply (I don't know how to put it more simply) said "if it isn't broke do not fix it. There are 2 other users (chia and Kytti) who also oppose for their reasons (also I believe are valid). Lastly, I understand it is not moving to your server, but your companies server after "you convinced them to host it". Why did you ask them to host without getting approval from the community? Why would they want to host the website you use as a hobby? I am not as computer savvy as many, but the fact that you are fairly new here, and want us to change something we have never had issue with to your companies...just doesn't sit right with me‎Cooked chickenAtlandy 22:53, 30 January 2009 (UTC)

Signature Help Edit

Hey there, Supertech.

I was given Rollback rights recently and I was wondering if you can assist me in a new signature that has the Rollback image next to my name.

Take your time.

Thanks!

I have my signature. Thanks anyways! :)

"The Sig Guy" Edit

You are getting popular with sig making. =D Great job, actually these new signatures help a lot with the switch to the new parser March 3rd. Many of the fixes I am making involve adding ending tags to signatures. - TehKittyCat (talk) 18:40, 7 February 2009 (UTC)
