A miner helm (rune) is an item made in the Artisans Workshop. One rune ingot I and level 90 Smithing are required to make the helm. Smithing this gives 505 smithing experience, or 555.5 when following the orders of Suak, and has no further use. It can be deposited in the nearby chute to remove it from the inventory quickly.
