It is created by clicking the Mix-cocktail option on a cocktail shaker, with a vodka and three limes in your inventory, requiring level 20 Cooking. If a player has a Sliced lime, Equa leaves and a cocktail glass in their inventory, they can choose the Pour option, creating a Short green guy.
