Mod Balance was the head of community management at Jagex. He originally joined the company in November 2013 as a community engagement specialist and left Jagex in 2018.^[1]^[2]

As the head of community management, he was a very front-facing individual in Jagex and often provided guidance for community managers. He was in charge of various community competitions leading up to the release of Menaphos.
