Mod Stu is a TokHaar-Hok that appears when uncooked stew is created (by using a raw potato and cooked meat on a bowl of water) while wielding a mud pie inside Prifddinas. When summoned, he merely yawns and says "Well, that was certainly easier than last time." and unlocks [Name] the Stupendous as a title. He only appears inside the chatbox, and cannot be found on the overworld.

- Mod Stu is a cameo of Stuart W., a content developer who works at Jagex under the moniker Mod Stu. Stuart W. uses a TokHaar-Hok as his forum avatar.
- Mod Stu's dialogue is a reference to the hunt for TzHaar-Ga'al-Kot; organised by Stuart W., it took over five months for players to uncover the steps required to find the Ga'al.
