Moonclan Teleport teleports the caster next to the small obelisk on Lunar Isle, just outside of the gates. As with all Lunar spells, the quest Lunar Diplomacy must be completed to cast this spell.
This spell is largely redundant due to the implementation of the Lodestone Network location on Lunar Isle, with the same quest requirement.
