Walkthrough

Start point	The kitchen, deep in the Troll Stronghold. Talk to Burntmeat.

Items required	Items from the tool belt are not listed unless they do not work or are not automatically added. 3 buckets of camel dung (ugthanki dung) Some coins Climbing Boots or rock climbing boots (only if you're not using Trollheim Teleport) Bucket (may be obtained during the quest) 7 supercompost There is a Tool leprechaun available when and where the below items will be needed, and he sells them, so players will not need to carry these items with them for the duration of the quest. Rake (may be obtained during the quest) Seed dibber (may be obtained during the quest) Spade (may be obtained during the quest) Plant cure (or an additional supercompost; Cure Plant from the Lunar Spellbook will not work, may be obtained during the quest)

The adventurer

• Go to the Troll Stronghold, head south then downstairs into the kitchen.
• Speak to Burntmeat. ( ✓•2)…

  2	Alright, I'll lend him a hand.

• Talk to My Arm, east of Burntmeat.

Getting the goutweed

Items needed: 3 buckets of Ugthanki dung, 7 buckets of supercompost

• Head to Death Plateau, north of the Warriors' Guild.
• Use a bucket on the cooking pot in the middle of the plateau. The cooks will attack you.
  • There's an empty bucket south of the cooking pot.
• Return to My Arm in the Troll Stronghold kitchen.
• Once on the surface, talk to him near the farming patch.
• Read the manual, talk to him again.
• Use 3 buckets of Ugthanki dung and 7 buckets of supercompost on the soil patch.
• Talk to My Arm for a cutscene. ( 1)…

  1	This is My Arm. We'd like to go to Karamja.

Getting the tubers

• Talk to My Arm east of the general store, north of Tai Bwo Wannai.
• Talk to Murcaily, guarding the tree grove just north-east of Tai Bwo Wannai. ( 1)…

  1	A troll called My Arm wants a favour...

• After the cutscene talk to My Arm.

Teaching a troll to farm

Items needed: Spade, rake, hardy gout tubers, seed dibber, plant cure, combat equipment to fight a level 56 and 77
Items recommended: Supercompost

• Go back to the roof of the Troll Stronghold.
• The Tool Leprechaun sells the farming tools if you don't already have them.
• Talk to My Arm.
• Give My Arm the tools he needs for farming in this order:
  • Rake (so he can rake the patch)
    • If My Arm breaks the rake, pick up the pieces, reassemble it, and give it back to My Arm.
  • Supercompost (optional, but recommended)
    • Without using supercompost, the patch may become diseased and will need to be cured. Regular compost has no effect.
  • Hardy gout tubers
  • Seed dibber
  • Plant cure (if patch becomes diseased)
• Talk to My Arm.
• Defeat the two monsters that appear after the cutscenes.

The end?

• Talk to My Arm.
• Use a spade on him.
  • If needed, you can get the leprechaun to come back by climbing the ladder down and up again.
• Return to Burntmeat in the stronghold's kitchen.
• Return to My Arm and speak with him.
• Quest complete!

Rewards

• 1 quest point
• 10,000 experience
• 5,000 experience (as well as 495 more, when My Arm harvests the goutweed)
• 1-28 burnt meat
• Access to a disease-free herb patch on top of the Troll Stronghold.
• Giant Roc is unlocked in Dominion Tower.
• 2 Treasure Hunter keys and 2 Hearts of Ice
