The mystery gift can be bought from Thessalia for 200,000 Zemomarks in New Varrock during Dimension of Disaster. It contains a chromatic partyhat. Although it may be traded to other players before it is opened, the chromatic partyhat inside is untradeable. When a player opens the mystery gift, "Player has bought a chromatic partyhat from Thessalia in New Varrock!" is broadcast server-wide.
Showing the chromatic partyhat to the Wise Old Man completes the achievement Seven Colours In Their Hat.
