The nature talisman is an item that allows players to enter the nature altar located south-east of Tai Bwo Wannai Village on Karamja, where you can craft nature runes. It can be combined with a tiara to make a nature tiara for 45 experience at the nature altar by using the tiara on the altar.
The nature talisman can be bought from Wizard Elriss for 125 Runecrafting guild tokens in the Runecrafting Guild. The talisman can also be obtained from a casket or received as a special drop from the rare drop table.
The nature talisman can be used on the wicked hood, giving the hood two free teleports to the nature altar, and 5 free nature runes every day. This will consume the talisman. When the wicked hood was released on October 17, 2010, Nature talismans skyrocketed to over 10 times what they are normally worth for about a week.
