Necklace trinkets can be found by searching across Gielinor, using the old necklace received during You Are It. After the quest, the necklace's 'Scan' function will operate (requires 50 Dungeoneering) like a compass clue when close enough to the location. Charos's Journal provides some hints of where to next look.
Finding each trinket unlocks an additional passage of Charos's Journal, and grants 10,000 Dungeoneering experience. Combining all 5 trinkets will create the necklace of Charos. Doing so will complete the Trickster's Trinkets achievement, a requirement for the master quest cape.
