Nexterminator is a miniature version of Nex that can be unlocked as a pet from a Blood-soaked feather, which is obtained as a drop from killing Nex. The odds of receiving this item are 1 in 2000 with a threshold of 400 (explanation of drop mechanics). After the item is used, Nexterminator can be summoned from the boss pets tab in the hero interface.
