A nice tree can be planted in the tree hotspot of the garden in a player-owned house. It requires 10 Construction, a bagged nice tree, and a watering can filled with water to plant. When planted, it gives 44 experience for both Construction and Farming. The bagged nice tree can be purchased from the garden supplier in Falador Park for 2,000 coins. As it is in the garden, it cannot be cut down.
