A Nice tree can be planted in the tree hotspot of the Garden in a player-owned house. It requires 10 Construction, a bagged nice tree, and a watering can filled with water to plant. When planted, it earns the player 44 experience for both Construction and Farming. The bagged Nice Tree costs 2,000gp at Falador Park. As it is in the Garden, it cannot be cut down.
It looks somewhat like a small version of an Apple tree, but without the apples.
