The Nightcap of Terror is a sleeping cap found in Zemouregal's lost property chest on the ground floor of the palace in New Varrock. It may be used on Sir Prysin in the north-east of New Varrock for some dialogue, in which Prysin is surprised that you were able to claim it without going through Zemouregal's sock drawer, which he describes as terrifying.
