Notterazzo is a bandit found in the Bandit Camp (Wilderness) that runs a general store called Bandit Duty Free. Before the Grand Exchange update, this store used to buy items at the high level alchemy price, and was one of only four general stores to do so.
He mentions that he used to be the cook of Varrock, and ran away after he accidently put poison in the king's food. The bandits offered to let him live here if he cooked for them.
Now, after the personalised shops update of 2 September, 2009 it sells a limited quantity at the same price as all other shops with its stock.
