The oak cape rack is a piece of furniture that can be built in the Costume room of a player-owned house with the Construction skill.
Building this cape rack requires at least 54 Construction, and 4 oak planks. It can hold all capes except for skill capes and other milestone capes. See Cape rack for a list of capes that can be stored.
