The Off-hand demon slayer crossbow was released on 28 January 2013. It is dropped by a Demon boss, which will show up at a number of places every full hour. There will be a message in your chatbox describing the location of the Demon Flash Mob when you are level 120 combat or higher. This message can be toggled off at the Doomsayer in Lumbridge.
Although the crossbow is supposedly level 60 equipment, when used against non-Demons it has the Accuracy of a level 57 weapon.
