The off-hand dragon mace is the off-hand equivalent to the dragon mace. Like the regular dragon mace, it requires completion of the Heroes' Quest in order to be equipped. It can be bought from Happy Heroes' H'Emporium in the Heroes' Guild for 50,000 coins.

Unlike the main hand version, it does not give a prayer bonus, nor does it have a special attack.
