The Ogress champion is the highest level of ogress. These monsters don't hit very often but can hit quite hard. They are aggressive so it can be dangerous to lower levels should they be swarmed by these foes. They are also fairly good charm droppers. By using the Prayer boosting and/or life point boosting pools in Oo'glog (completion of As a First Resort required), players can train on these without the need of food.

If you edge on the left side of Oo'glog two dirt spots before the grass and lure the Ogress Champion, you can range or halberd without her being able to hit you because she cannot enter the city of Oo'glog.

They respawn fairly quick and their Defence is low. They are weak to Air spells.

Players often like to train here because of their close proximity to a bank, and because ogress champions have a good gold charm rate.
