An Old man could have been found in Lumbridge forest, watching the portal that spawned with the Vorago update. When talked to, he grows annoyed with players that they are interrupting his quiet walk through the forest, and that it's been disturbed by the summoning of the portal, whom he blames on mages. He theorises the portal is a bomb that will blow up the Lumbridge forest, and that he will not have a place for quiet walks anymore. He has since reported the phenomenon to Duke Horacio, thinking whoever places the portal will be severely punished.
