The onyx ring (i) is an upgraded version of the regular onyx ring. It can be imbued as a reward from the Soul Wars Minigame. The player must provide their own onyx ring.

The ring, along with the asylum surgeon's ring and the Sixth-Age circuit, are tied for the second-highest strength bonuses of any all-class ring, after the ring of death. The Onyx ring (i), with an armour rating of 22, also has the third-highest armour rating of any ring, after the leviathan ring and the superior leviathan ring which have 41 and 43 respectively.
