Palingrad is the greatest city, and perhaps capital, of the penguin Motherland, which is on the continent of Acheron. Its name is a reference to the Soviet Union cities of Leningrad and Stalingrad. Furthermore, it is a portmanteau of penguin and Stalingrad.
