Party Pooper is an achievement that requires the player to pop a balloon in the Ardougne Monastery south of Ardougne. Talk to Brother Omad to make some balloons drop.
The quest does not have to be completed in order to complete this achievement. Get a player who has already done the quest and pop the balloons that fall when the player asks him to.
