This is an item bought from Solomon's Store for 45 RuneCoins. The player then places it on the floor and other players may take items from it. These items are: Glass of bubbly, Party horn, Party popper and Sparkler. The player that put it on the ground can also take a Cake hat and Party music box from it.
None of the items taken from it can be banked, and all the items dissapear from your inventory after you log out. If the Cake hat is destroyed it cannot be reclaimed. Also it is possible to use the cake hat on another player to give it to them, this also makes it impossible to reclaim.
When using a Glass of bubbly on another player that has a glass of bubbly, you can perform a toast animation. Using a glass of bubbly on a player with a Cake hat will give the option to perform a Congratulation animation.
