Patchwork lamps give a small amount of XP in a randomly chosen skill. They became attainable from Jasper after the Lamp of the Djinn promotion ended on 24 June 2013, by trading spare lamp parts to him. One patchwork lamp is received for each lamp part.
There are conditions to which skill is randomly chosen:
- On free worlds, only free-to-play skills will be chosen.
- If you have turned the 'no combat level affecting skills' option on by speaking to Jasper, the randomly chosen skill will not be any of these: Attack, Defence, Magic, Ranged, Strength or Summoning.
If you had any three genie lamp parts, you would always have been better served by trading them with other players to complete a genie lamp of your choice.
This item cannot be stored in your bank.
