Penance gloves are weight-reducing equipment and a member's only type of armour. To wear penance gloves, the player must have at least 40 Defence. The gloves can be obtained by exchanging 150 Honour Points of each type from the Barbarian Assault minigame. They are notable because they have negative weight of -4.5kg when worn. The gloves are not commonly used due to the fact that the Boots of lightness and Hunter capes are much easier to obtain. THEY ARE NOT KEPT UNDER GRAVESTONE IF YOU DIE.
