Penwie can be found south of the Gnome glider among the jogres on Karamja. Penwie is hard to see because the clothes he wears blends in with his surroundings. He is involved in the Gnome restaurant Minigame, as a hard order.
His possible tips are:
- A Half key
- Gems in small quantities (except Dragonstone and Onyx)
- a Gnomeball
- 8-10 Mint cakes
- Raw oomlie
- Palm tree seed as a VERY RARE reward (currently 39,600 coins at the Grand Exchange).
- 3 Clean Toadflax (noted)
- Clean Snapdragon
- 8-10 Grand seed pods
- A Bird nest
