A Perfect juju agility potion is a potion made using the Herblore skill. It is made by combining a scentless potion (3) with harmony moss, requiring 85 Herblore and giving 101.3 experience. This makes a three dose potion, and it can be decanted into other doses by talking to Bob Barter (herbs). It can also be turned into a six-dose Perfect juju agility flask by talking to Teplin Macagan with a potion flask.
A dose of the potion lasts for one hour. While the potion is in effect, for each lap of the Hefin Agility Course, there is a chance that either the cathedral roof shortcut will be usable, or there will be a light creature on the roof that gives you a reward. Note that the two effects might be activated on the same run.
