Pescaling Pax is the leader of the penguins under the Iceberg. Not much is known about him yet, but perhaps a sequel to Cold War may shed some light on him. His main scheme is to take over the world, but is also doing the following:

• Trying to free the penguins in Ardougne Zoo.
• Sending spies to Lumbridge dressed as sheep
• Constructing a giant penguin
• Forming an icelord and penguin army
• Getting penguins to fly
