The Pet of Seasons is obtained from activating a Pet of seasons token. It is named Sprout in the Pet Interface.

The pet changes its appearance with the seasons: 'spring' (20 March to 20 June), summer (21 June to 21 September), autumn (22 September to 20 December), and winter (21 December to 19 March), in which each day is from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC. In the game-play settings, if familiar options are un-hidden, you are able to invert the appearance of the pet, by left clicking on it.

As the token is consumed upon activation displaying this pet permanently reduces the number of remaining Pet of seasons tokens in the game, unlike the preceeding Seasons set items (the Crown of seasons and the Cloak of seasons).
